Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Change Analyst to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive assessment and analysis of the change impacts between current and future state ERP systems for a range of government agencies. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in informing the development of change management plans and contributing to the design and implementation of change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and analyses of change impacts between current and future ERP systems.
  • Develop change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, change readiness assessments, and risk identification.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of change initiatives, including executive engagement, training, staff briefings, and communication requirements.
  • Implement agreed change management activities in consultation with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage change management records and artefacts to support decision-making and project governance.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with project team members, stakeholders, and clients.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience with government and SAP or ERP implementation is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
