This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in varied recruitment tasks, including market mapping and talent pooling for Practice Assistants and Paralegals. The successful candidate will also be responsible for advertising roles, reviewing applications, phone screening, shortlisting candidates, setting up interviews, and coordinating reference checks.
