What you bring:

To excel as a Human Resources Coordinator in this vibrant international setting, your background should include hands-on experience supporting HR operations—ideally gained within complex organisations where teamwork is highly valued. Your interpersonal skills will shine as you build trust-based relationships with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. You bring empathy when advising on sensitive matters yet remain resourceful when navigating legislative frameworks or resolving payroll queries. Your attention to detail ensures accurate record-keeping while your forward-thinking nature drives improvements in processes or policy updates. A passion for entertainment content helps you connect authentically with employees who share similar interests. Above all else, your dependability makes you someone others turn to for support—whether it’s guiding new starters through induction or helping managers implement performance management initiatives.

  • Demonstrated experience (1-3 years) in human resources operations within an international or matrix-managed environment where collaboration is essential.
  • A genuine passion for entertainment content such as television or movies which inspires your approach to employee engagement.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement by regularly seeking feedback from colleagues at all levels within the organisation.
  • A flexible mindset capable of shifting between hands-on operational tasks and strategic thinking depending on business needs.
  • Outstanding influencing abilities that enable you to identify priorities quickly while translating them into actionable outcomes for diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills coupled with strong communication abilities that allow you to adapt across different cultural contexts within the business.
  • Proven capability to handle sensitive information discreetly while being a dependable source of advice for internal customers.
  • Forward-thinking attitude combined with creativity; not afraid to suggest new approaches or challenge existing processes when appropriate.
  • Highly organised approach enabling you to prioritise tasks effectively across multiple business units while recognising when escalation is necessary.
  • Sound understanding of local employment law/legislation relevant to Australia (and ideally New Zealand), along with proficiency in technology including MS Office; experience using SAP HRIS is preferred.
