HR Administrator
About the company: As a global producer of sustainable distributed energy, our client is dedicated to a world of new energy for their customers, stakeholders and communities. They are currently looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their team and support their growing workforce.
About the role:
As an HR Administrator, you will be a key player in delivering general HR support across the company. You will be involved in various HR processes from pre-employment checks, medicals, employee review, relocation assistance, onboarding and so on. You will also play an integral role in the implementation of HR systems, including Oracle HCM, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and maintaining data integrity. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and contribute to a wide range of HR functions.
This is 6 months+ temporary contract which may lead to a permanent role.
- Provide HR support, manage onboarding, and assist in policy development across the company.
- Collaborate with the Global HR Systems Lead to maintain Oracle HCM and generate HR reports.
- Coordinate IVMS reporting, drug/alcohol testing, and Workers Compensation processes.
- Support culture, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Oversee medical requirements, maintain accurate records, and assist with ad-hoc HR projects.
- Assist with various ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives.
About you:
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar HR support role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field such as Industrial Relations or Business.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage time effectively.
- Professional, discreet, and approachable, with a positive attitude and willingness to take on challenges.
