  • Deliver advice and support on WHS and Workers Compensation legislation to leaders and teams across the business

  • Manage Return to Work (RTW) coordination, including planning, compliance, and regular follow-up for injured workers

  • Contribute to internal and external audit processes and maintain relevant documentation to meet regulatory and business standards

  • Develop, deliver and track internal training programs to upskill staff and improve safety awareness and behaviours

  • Organise external training delivery and liaise with providers to ensure quality outcomes

  • Maintain and continuously improve WHS and training documentation, registers and policies

  • Collaborate with leaders across departments to embed safety and training into day-to-day operations

  • Promote a culture of accountability and wellbeing through strategic WHS engagement and communication

The Ideal Profile

  • Relevant WHS qualifications (minimum Cert IV in WHS)

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) – highly desirable

  • Proven experience in a WHS role within a manufacturing or operationally intensive environment (food or FMCG preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, workers compensation, RTW coordination, and audit processes

  • Excellent organisational, documentation and record-keeping skills

  • Ability to deliver effective training and safety messaging to employees across all levels

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement capabilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and confident navigating WHS systems

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for building safe and high-performing workplaces
