At Robert Walters Sydney, we’re hiring a Manager to lead our Sales & Marketing recruitment division - one of our most consistently high-demand areas, with strong existing client relationships, active roles from day one, and enormous potential to scale.
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership opportunity, perfect for someone looking to step into a role with real influence, fast-moving work, and long-term growth. You’ll manage one high-performing Senior Consultant and work closely with the Senior Manager and Senior Director to drive the strategy for growth in this space.

What you'll be doing?
- Managing your own desk, delivering high-quality recruitment solutions for permanent roles in the Sales & Marketing space
- Leading and coaching your team and helping them elevate their performance further
- Partnering with the Senior Manager and Senior Director on divisional planning and strategy
- Building on existing client relationships while identifying new opportunities to grow market share
- Driving performance, ensuring targets are met, and creating a positive, ambitious team culture
What you’ll need?
- A strong background in agency recruitment – ideally in Sales, Marketing, or Professional Services
- Leadership experience or a strong desire to step into a team management role
- Commercial acumen and the ability to drive both individual and team performance
- A team mindset - we’re collaborative, not competitive
- Passion for building relationships and providing a premium service to clients and candidates
