Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking experienced Technical Business Analysts for exciting upcoming contract opportunities In this role, you will work closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams to understand and translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements. You will play a key role in implementing solutions that drive business performance, with a strong focus on data modelling, data governance, and process improvement.

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to define and document requirements, ensure the quality of data-related solutions, and help deliver systems that align with both business objectives and technical constraints. You will also be involved in mapping current and future state processes, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to the development of efficient, data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with technical solutions.
• Map and analyse current and future state business processes to identify opportunities for technology-driven improvements.
• Engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders to define clear, actionable requirements and technical specifications.
• Support the design, development, and implementation of data-related solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of data models, ensuring data governance and data quality standards are met.
• Participate in Agile project teams, contributing to sprint planning, story creation, and delivering features on time.
• Provide analysis support for various technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions across systems and business processes.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate solutions to ensure they meet business needs and requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
• Strong experience with data modelling, data mapping, and a solid understanding of data governance.
• Demonstrated experience in mapping business processes and identifying areas for process improvement.
• Proficient in working within Agile frameworks and with Agile tools.
• Proven ability to gather and document business requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and experience with business analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
