SAP Change Lead

Save job

12 month initial contract with a large NSW Government Agency for a Change Lead to take ownership in executing a change strategy to support the adoption of the SAP S/4HANA Upgrade. Looking for someone with a plethora of experience in devising and executing a change strategy for a large ICT or business improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate Digital Adoption Platform strategy and oversee its deployment.
  • Design and oversee Business Readiness Approaches/Plans and effectively measure the outcomes from readiness activities.
  • Spearhead the design of appropriate change and communications methodologies
  • Lead comprehensive change evaluation activities, including Complexity Assessments, Stakeholder Analysis, and Business Readiness assessment
  • Building strong client relationships and delivery of adaptable client centric solutions

Key Requirements:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in Change Management and 3 years’ Lead experience
  • Extremely strong stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • Certification in a change management methodology (e.g. PROSCI or Kotter)
  • Proven Change work experience on large-scale System Modernisation, or upgrade project
  • SAP S/4 HANA experience
