SAP Change Lead
12 month initial contract with a large NSW Government Agency for a Change Lead to take ownership in executing a change strategy to support the adoption of the SAP S/4HANA Upgrade. Looking for someone with a plethora of experience in devising and executing a change strategy for a large ICT or business improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate Digital Adoption Platform strategy and oversee its deployment.
- Design and oversee Business Readiness Approaches/Plans and effectively measure the outcomes from readiness activities.
- Spearhead the design of appropriate change and communications methodologies
- Lead comprehensive change evaluation activities, including Complexity Assessments, Stakeholder Analysis, and Business Readiness assessment
- Building strong client relationships and delivery of adaptable client centric solutions
Key Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ experience in Change Management and 3 years’ Lead experience
- Extremely strong stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Certification in a change management methodology (e.g. PROSCI or Kotter)
- Proven Change work experience on large-scale System Modernisation, or upgrade project
- SAP S/4 HANA experience
