About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Governance Manager to lead and drive data governance initiatives within our organization. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our data management frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and unlocking business value through robust data governance practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and overseeing data governance policies, driving CPG235 initiatives, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance data quality and integrity.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in a relevant data governance or data management role where you have led and set up data governance frameworks
• Expertise in CPG235 initiatives, including the ability to develop and implement data governance frameworks and policies.
• Proficiency in data governance tools such as Collibra, Informatica, or similar platforms, with hands-on experience in their configuration and management.
• Strong knowledge of data quality management techniques, including data profiling, data cleansing, and data lineage.
• Experience with database technologies and data warehousing solutions, as well as familiarity with cloud platforms

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of data governance frameworks and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
• Drive CPG235 initiatives, ensuring that data governance practices align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to promote and embed data quality, integrity, and security.
• Monitor and report on data governance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Conduct training and awareness programs to foster a culture of data governance and compliance within the organization.
