EL1 SAP Identity & GRC Security Architect
Our client is seeking the services of an experienced SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) specialist with a proven record of accomplishment and experience in delivering SAP GRC services in government or large-scale organisations.
The GRC specialist will be expected to partner closely with key stakeholders and staff, to support a program of work. This will be done by ensuring the integrity and quality of IT driven solutions, in accordance with budget and quality standards with our delivery partners, clients and staff.
Key duties and responsibilities
The key capabilities of the position include:
- SAP security role design, configuration, testing, and deployment methodology within SAP application architecture
- support the GRC team’s technical activities
- resolve production incidents – access, authorisations and GRC related - including responding to helpdesk tickets
- Troubleshoot and fix Connect (SAP) GRC issues
- Advise on GRC best practices – e.g. in systems monitoring etc.
- Undertake or assist in assurance activities such as quarterly access reviews and audits
- Document systems changes
- Attend meetings as required (in person or virtually), and
- Ensure knowledge transfer to other team members.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and capabilities:
- SAP Certified Development Specialist.
- minimum of five (5) years SAP GRC experience.
- experience in security role design, configuration, testing, and deployment methodology within SAP application architecture.
- experience in GRC modules such as Access Request Management, Access Risk Analysis, Emergency Access Management, Business Role Management and User Access Review.
- experience with SAP ECC Profile Generator (single roles, master / derived roles, composite roles).
- strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- the ability to knowledge share with junior members of the SAP support team;
- exceptional organizational & time management skills;
- provide status reports on activities and tasks;
- strong communication, leadership, stakeholder coordination and interpersonal skills.
