What you'll do:
As a Solution Architect - Contact Centre Specialist, you will play a pivotal role within our client's technology products and services division. Your primary responsibility will be to map out and discover the business capabilities, products, and services required for your assigned domain. You will collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to define the strategy and roadmap. Additionally, you will be involved in solution architecture for targeted initiatives as needed. Your expertise will ensure that the services defined by your domain deliver the desired experience outcomes. By working closely with stakeholders, you'll prioritise roadmap initiatives and enable teams to activate secure, robust, and scalable digital experiences.
- Map and discover business capabilities, products, and services for your assigned domain.
- Define the strategy and roadmap in collaboration with Product Management and stakeholders.
- Involve in solution architecture for targeted initiatives as needed.
- Ensure that the services defined by your domain deliver the desired experience outcomes.
- Work closely with stakeholders to prioritise roadmap initiatives.
- Enable teams to activate secure, robust, and scalable digital experiences for customers, colleagues, and partners.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Solution Architect - Contact Centre Specialist role brings extensive experience in the domain / enterprise / solution / technology architecture space within a large organisation. You have demonstrable experience with domain architecture, roadmap development, and solution architecture across diverse environments. Your background includes assisted channel and Contact Centre platform experience along with knowledge of Micro-Frontend architecture. You are adept at facilitating workshops and building consensus around a shared vision. Your experience in teaching, educating, coaching, and mentoring stakeholders to reinforce a mentality of continuous process improvement will be highly valued.
- Extensive experience in domain / enterprise / solution / technology architecture space in a large organisation.
- Demonstrable experience with domain architecture, roadmap development and solution architecture for cross-functional environments.
- Assisted channel and Contact Centre platform experience.
- Experience in Micro-Frontend architecture.
- Knowledge and experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Experience facilitating workshops and building consensus around a shared vision.
- Experience of teaching/educating/coaching/mentoring stakeholders to reinforce a mentality of continuous process improvement.
