Network Automation Engineer - Cisco ACI, Palo Alto

2 positions/skills: 1- Design/Implementation of Cisco ACI/Palo Alto/Cisco FTD firewalls 2 - Automation of the network using Python/Ansible and Rest API/XML/JSON

Large uplift of network infrastructure where there will be a big focus on automation

For the first position:

• Hands-on, commercial experience designing and implementing Cisco ACI as well as Palo Alto and Cisco FTD firewalls is a must
• Hands-on, commercial experience with Cisco 9k and 7k devices as well as Leaf architecture is also a must

For the second position:

• Hands-on, commercial experience utilising Python and Ansible to automate the network is a must
• Ideally you will also have commercial, hands-on experience with REST API's, JSON and XML

It is a big plus if you have experience with both the design and implementation of Cisco ACI, Palo Alto and Cisco FTD firewalls as well as Python and Ansible for network automation.

• 6 months with a likelihood to extend
• 12-24 month program of work
• Maximum 1 day in office per week - pretty much remote post first few weeks
• Can be based in Sydney or Melbourne
