Change Manager

We’re partnering with a leading organisation in the early stages of a key project across their sales and merchandising operations, focused on uplifting legacy processes and migrating them to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MD365). This is a high-visibility initiative in the supply chain and logistics space, and we're looking for a Change Manager who can lead the organisational change with a human-centred lens.

Your Role:

You’ll be the Change Manager on the ground, helping stakeholders transition to new ways of working while maintaining strong engagement and trust. This is more than just training delivery – you’ll be a true change partner, embedded in an Agile environment and influencing across all levels of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead change management strategy and execution for the migration and automation of legacy sales and merchandising reports into MD365.

  • Conduct change impact assessments via workshops to assess current vs. future state processes, especially in reporting and business decision support.

  • Design and deliver training, workshops, and engagement forums tailored to different audiences – from frontline staff to senior leadership.

  • Work closely with tricky stakeholder groups (especially Merchandising), who are long-time users of legacy reports – bringing them on the journey with empathy, tact, and a strong value proposition for change.

  • Champion a human-centric approach to organisational change, ensuring people are supported through the transition.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery environment, adjusting change strategies in line with sprint cycles and evolving requirements.

  • Report on change effectiveness and adoption, providing insight into business benefits, process improvements, and behavioural shifts to SLT.

  • Support continuous improvement in change methods, templates, and capability uplift within the broader change function.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong experience in end-to-end change delivery in complex enterprise environments.

  • Exposure to technology and system implementation programs, ideally in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP/reporting platforms.

  • Experience engaging with challenging or change-resistant stakeholder groups, with a proven ability to win trust and drive adoption.

  • Ability to translate technical change into simple, engaging narratives for diverse audiences.

  • Comfort working in fast-paced Agile teams and co-designing solutions on the fly.
