Abuse Law Solicitor – Plaintiff

The Role

You will:

• Run a diverse and sensitive file load of abuse law matters from end to end
• Act for survivors of abuse in civil claims, redress processes, and systemic matters
• Occasionally advise institutional clients in defence (where appropriate)
• Draft advices, pleadings, and court documents
• Appear at directions hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
• Collaborate with a close-knit, high-calibre team
• Support strategic litigation and systemic reform initiatives

Ideal Candidate
