Key Responsibilities

• Meeting with clients to take instructions and provide advice
• Managing a caseload of statutory and common law claims
• Preparing matters for hearing, including drafting relevant documents
• Appearing at hearings and instructing counsel
• Supervising paralegals and contributing to team development
• Working closely with clients throughout the claims process

About You

• 2+ PQE in personal injury, ideally with a focus on workers compensation
• Confident working independently and managing your own files
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
• A genuine interest in advocacy and client care
