About the role
Working alongside experienced property practitioners, you’ll play a key role in managing a diverse range of transactional matters. Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising on acquisitions, disposals, and leasing across retail, commercial, and industrial assets
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, development agreements, and lease documentation
• Providing strategic guidance to clients from due diligence through to settlement
• Supporting business development and mentoring junior staff as appropriate

About you
You’ll ideally bring:

• 3+ years’ PQE in property law
• Excellent drafting skills and a commercial, solutions-focused mindset
• Confidence dealing directly with clients and managing matters end-to-end
• An interest in working in a more agile environment where your input is valued
