Adelaide University Values
Director, Enterprise Bargaining
Lead the strategy, negotiation and implementation of the University’s enterprise agreement, developing industrial relations, and negotiation strategies that align with organisational goals and ensure compliance.
Director, People Advisory
Lead the delivery of people advisory services, ensuring senior executives, people leaders and team members receive high quality, compliant coaching and advice that empowers effective workplace management, enhances issue resolution and drives capability building.
Director, Wellbeing and Safety
Lead the Wellbeing and Safety sub-function within People and Culture, including the development and implementation of initiatives that promote physical and psychological wellbeing, playing a critical role in fostering a safe, positive and inclusive workplace for all team members.
Director, Careers and Talent
Lead and inspire a high-performing team across the early stages of the employee lifecycle to ensure Adelaide University attracts, develops and retains a diverse and talented workforce.
Director, People Services
Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of People Services, ensuring the delivery of efficient, compliant, and customer-focused people services that align with organisational priorities and drive continuous improvement.
How to apply
These roles are open for Expressions of Interest (EOI) only and available exclusively to current Adelaide University, University of South Australia and The University of Adelaide employees.
To Express your Interest, you will need to prepare the following:
- A full CV, which includes details of three (internal and external) referees.
- A maximum two-page cover letter/statement to address the following:
- A statement detailing your personal alignment to the goals, vision and values of Adelaide University.
- Clear evidence of a successful track record in leadership and delivery commensurate with the seniority and nature of the role you are applying for.
