This role is pivotal in shaping the strategic direction of workplace wellbeing, safety, people advisory services, industrial relations and employee relations within a prestigious educational institution.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the workplace relations strategy, overseeing enterprise agreements, union negotiations, and ensuring alignment with the organisation's strategic goals. - Advise on strategies to cultivate a safety-centric culture.
- Lead the establishment of a cohesive identity and culture for the function.
- Design and implement an integrated service model for the function.
- Proactively monitor employee data and trends to generate actionable insights.
Key Requirements:
