Account Manager Natural Foods

Our client, Lotus Bakeries, is seeking an Account Manager for their Natural Foods division in Sydney. What you'll do:

As an Account Manager for Natural Foods at Lotus Bakeries, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our healthy snacking brands in Australia

• Develop a sales and marketing plan for Australia and define the optimal Route-to-Market strategy
• Bring existing commercial partner to a new level by translating in-depth knowledge into a strategy to grow the business locally
• Analyse market data of relevant categories to build effective customer selling stories
• Use insights from other markets to support our commercial partner in executing sales and marketing plans
• Conduct business reviews with our local partner frequently and follow up regular reporting
• Define the optimal pricing of our products in Australia based on pricing guidelines and competitive set

What you bring:

• The ideal candidate for this Account Manager position brings a blend of academic background and practical experience in Sales or Category Management within the FMCG sector.
• Academic background with +/- 2 years of experience in Sales and/or Category Management in FMCG
• Knowledge/experience of international business would be appreciated
• Experience with Healthy Snacking products or strong affinity towards them
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Energetic and result-driven focus on execution
• Entrepreneurial spirit with ambition to continuously raise the bar setting new stretching targets & creating new opportunities
• Team player with strong independent self-starting ability
