As a Cyber Security Awareness Specialist, creating programs to foster a security-conscious culture. Design learning experiences, implement engagement strategies, and empower teams to identify risks and adopt secure practices. Certifications like CISSP or CISM are highly valued. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a tailored cyber security engagement strategy and roadmap to drive behavioural change across the organisation.
  • Deliver targeted training programs, phishing simulations, and awareness campaigns aligned with specific roles and risk profiles.
  • Develop meaningful metrics, dashboards, and reports using tools like PowerBI to measure engagement and track progress over time.
  • Break down complex cyber security concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences at all organisational levels.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment between security initiatives and business objectives.
  • Create innovative campaigns, interactive content, and practical training materials that resonate with employees.

About You
You’re an exceptional communicator who excels at translating technical concepts into relatable ideas. With a deep understanding of human behaviour, you know how to inspire lasting cultural change. Your creativity shines in developing engaging campaigns and training programs, while your analytical skills help refine strategies based on measurable outcomes.
