What you'll do:

As an Assistant Vice President - Relationship Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing relationships with our diverse portfolio of customers. You will identify and execute new business opportunities within the TMT sector and focused on doing th end to end process from origination through to execution.

• Proactively manage a portfolio of accounts within TMT
• Identify and execute new business opportunities within the space
• Maintain a deep understanding of markets and trends
• Mentor junior staff and grow their capabilities
• Deliver proactive customer service and a tailored value proposition
• Structure and Execute transactions across TMT - Data Centres & Telco

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Assistant Vice President - Relationship Manager position brings an indepth understanding of credit structuring, modelling and the dynamics of capital and credit markets. Your excellent time management skills enable you to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. You possess strong negotiation and influencing skills, and your outstanding communication skills make you a proficient communicator at all levels. As a team player with high levels of integrity, dedication and drive, you are ready to make a significant impact in this role.

• 4-6 years experience working at a Bank or Fund in a frontoffice lending space.
• Strong structuring and modelling capabilities
• Track record in the TMT space - lending
• Possess problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues and develop solutions
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Excellent time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
• Outstanding communication skills
• A team player with high levels of integrity, dedication and drive
