You will be joining an established life insurance company as a Compliance Officer within a dynamic and growing team with a strong focus on development and progression.

About the role:

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints promptly, focusing on life insurance claims and maintaining accurate records.
  • Support risk and compliance activities, including monitoring, reporting, training, and internal audits.
  • Assist in tracking and managing compliance incidents and breaches.
  • Ensure clear communication and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Drive improvements and automation in complaints and compliance processes.
  • Participate in projects and team support across the Risk & Compliance function.
  • Uphold high performance standards, company values, and a positive team culture.

About the you:

You have:

  • 2–3 years’ compliance experience in Life Insurance.
  • Strong knowledge of regulations, risk, and IDR/EDR processes.
  • Skilled in compliance tools, monitoring systems, and reporting.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
  • Knowledgeable in life insurance products (Income Protection, Trauma, TPD).
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and critical thinking.
  • Quality-focused and effective in fast-paced, team environments.
