HR Project Manager
About the Role: We’re seeking an experienced HR Project Manager. This pivotal role will focus on delivering critical strategic initiatives that align with the People, Performance & Reputation division's goals. You’ll play a key role in designing, embedding, and managing our strategic execution system while collaborating closely with the Strategy, Planning & Governance team and Project Management Office.
Key Responsibilities: As part of this diverse role, you’ll lead projects that drive meaningful change across the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing project strategies, defining scope, creating solutions, and ensuring successful delivery.
- Leading initiatives such as:
- Transitioning to a Skills-Based Organization as part of the Future of Work strategy.
- Implementing a unified Culture Plan that integrates organizational and risk culture.
- Enabling a high-performance culture across teams.
- Delivering an Integrated Inclusivity Program with a focus on Bystander best practices.
- Collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and success.
- Championing innovation and new ways of working.
What We’re Looking For: To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- Strong HR Project Management experience.
- Proven expertise in leading Future of Work initiatives, particularly transitioning to a Skills-Based Organization.
- Recent experience driving organizational culture projects, including exposure to risk culture.
- Confidence in using tools like Jira and Teams Planner for project management.
- Knowledge of industry operations within Insurance, Financial Services, or large corporates.
- Subject matter expertise in Agile delivery best practices and ways of working.
- Extensive experience in transformation-focused project management.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders effectively.
- A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
