Financial Adviser

The practice focuses on retaining quality clients, building long-term relationships, and delivering personalised service. With a growing client base established over the past 13 years, they now require another adviser to serve this expanding portfolio.

You will be provided with an existing book of client's no prospecting required and have direct access to a paraplanning team and support staff to help you deliver excellent advice.

Scope of Role
The successful candidate will work with clients whose needs span the full spectrum of financial advice, including:

  • Cashflow management
  • Pre- and post-retirement planning
  • Wealth accumulation
  • Personal protection (insurance) needs
  • Debt management
  • Aged care requirements
  • Estate planning

Key Attributes & Experience
The role will suit a courteous, respectful, and outcome-oriented financial adviser with strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) who can inspire clients to take action. You will demonstrate consistency, earn client trust, and maintain a strong service and relationship-building ethos.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:

  • Professional, client-focused approach
  • Relevant degree in Financial Planning or related field (or currently completing)
  • Compliance with Treasury/ASIC education standards (or currently completing), including the Ethics Exam
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong commitment to quality, compliance, and ethical business practices
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet critical deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
