Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Customer Service Consultant to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to provide superior professional front-line support for all queries related to superannuation products, online systems, and general superannuation legislative issues. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team, providing information and general advice to resolve inquiries efficiently, professionally, and in a friendly manner.

What you'll do:

As a Customer Service Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to provide superior professional front-line support for all queries related to superannuation products.

  • Provide necessary information and general advice to resolve inquiries related to various superannuation products.
  • Deliver superior customer service to clients and their members.
  • Establish effective communication links with other business units.
  • Assist members with their inquiries.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Consultant position will have a minimum of two year's experience in a role dealing with the public on all levels. Exposure to the Superannuation and Financial Services industry is preferred but not essential.

  • PC literate in Windows XP and Internet applications.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated attributes in listening, relationship building, problem solving, resilience and team orientation.
