HR Business Partner

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both day-to-day operations and longer-term strategic initiatives within the organisation. Your responsibilities will span from providing trusted advice on employee relations issues to leading projects that drive cultural transformation. You will work closely with managers at all levels, coaching them through succession planning processes, identifying training needs, and facilitating professional development opportunities. Your ability to interpret legislation will be essential in managing complex industrial relations matters sensitively. In addition, you will champion well-being initiatives that promote a positive workplace experience for all staff. By collaborating with stakeholders across the business, you will help implement innovative solutions that align with organisational goals while ensuring compliance with relevant policies. Your presence across various sites will ensure consistent support is delivered wherever it is needed most.
- Provide comprehensive generalist human resources advice to managers and employees to foster a high-performing culture aligned with organisational objectives.
- Support the development, implementation, and delivery of effective HR initiatives and projects that contribute to the achievement of People & Culture goals.
- Work collaboratively with managers to coordinate, address, and resolve employee relations matters in accordance with best practice and legislative requirements.
- Coach managers on succession planning and talent mapping activities to ensure robust workforce planning and leadership development.
- Identify training needs across the business and facilitate targeted learning opportunities for leaders to enhance capability.
- Act as an advocate for well-being initiatives by promoting programs that support employee health, engagement, and satisfaction.
- Deliver advice to stakeholders that aligns with business objectives, enabling teams to achieve key deliverables efficiently.
- Interpret complex industrial relations legislation and manage sensitive matters with professionalism and care.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by analysing current practices and developing solutions that add value to people strategies.
