What you'll do:
As an HR Manager, your role will be pivotal in providing HR business partnering and administrative support to the local business leaders and team. You will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with local business leaders and employees, providing advice on HR policies, people strategies, solutions and other employee related issues. Your ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while reacting to shifting priorities will be key to meeting business needs.
- Work closely with HR teams and support the delivery of HR processes and programs.
- Establish strong relationships with local business leaders and employees.
- Provide advice on HR policies, people strategies, solutions and other employee related issues.
- Develop, update and implement Country HR policies and processes.
- Manage full HR spectrum from manpower planning to exit management.
- Supervise office administrative matters such as controlling assets and managing expenditures.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the HR Business Partner/Manager role will bring a wealth of experience in HR business partnering. You will have at least 7 years of relevant experience under your belt, along with a degree in Human Resource or Business Administration. Your familiarity with local employment laws and legislation's will be crucial in this role. Your ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, coupled with your excellent organisational skills, will set you apart.
