About the Role:
As the People and Culture Business Partner, you will collaborate with leaders across the business to help deliver the organisation’s people strategy. Your role will involve helping to drive cultural change, providing support and advice on employee relations matters, coaching and developing leaders, and partnering on change management initiatives.
You’ll shape a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and retention by analysing engagement data and implementing impactful strategies. Additionally, you’ll contribute to remuneration reviews, HR projects & recognition programs - offering a diverse and rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference.
- Proactively work with leaders to develop and implement engagement and retention strategies in line with feedback from employee engagement surveys, on boarding surveys and exit surveys and P&C best practice
- Partner with leaders to develop workforce strategies, assist with recruitment of key talent (local and international), and address employee relations matters.
- Provide expert advice on performance management, compliance with employment laws, and change management during periods of transformation.
- Facilitate leadership development programs and support succession planning to nurture talent across all levels of the business.
- Contribute to HR projects, audits, remuneration reviews, and health & safety compliance.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar HR or People & Culture role within a complex organisation.
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources Management or related fields (Certificate IV/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree).
- Strong knowledge of contemporary HR practices, employment law compliance (Fair Work Act/NES), and enterprise agreements.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels while influencing decisions aligned with organisational goals.
- Excellent communication skills, time management abilities, and proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
