Introducing our chatbot: Leo
In October 2022, Robert Walters launched Leo to improve candidate experience within our Australian and New Zealand business. Leo enhances the connectivity our consultants have with their networks by keeping our community up to date with any important changes, as well as checking in to catch up on the latest chapter of their career story.
Using our chatbot Leo to reconnect with candidates in our community has been great. It’s another tool we can use to keep our networks strong and informed.
