Property Paralegal

Our client is seeking a passionate and dedicated Law Student to join their dynamic team. You will be joining a well-established Sydney CBD law firm gaining hands on experience in property law.

About the Role

• Assist in drafting and reviewing property-related documents, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
• Support senior paralegals and solicitors with administrative and clerical tasks related to property transactions.
• Assist with the preparation of settlement statements and other relevant documents through PEXA.
• General office support, including filing, photocopying, and managing correspondence.

About You

• This role is suited towards a law student looking for part time work who has:
• Experience as a paralegal in the property law/conveyancing space.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
