The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission is an independent agency established to improve the quality and safety of NDIS supports and services.

We are working with NDIS participants, service providers, workers and the community to introduce a new nationally consistent approach so participants can access services and supports that promote choice, control and dignity.

Our competitive salary package includes an employer superannuation contribution of 15.4 per cent, salary sacrificing, annual holiday leave of 20 days per year and additional paid leave over the Christmas and Easter reduced activity periods, Personal leave, Long Service Leave, Maternity Leave (paid and unpaid) and supporting partner leave. Our conditions are detailed in the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Enterprise Agreement 2019-2022. An explanation of the Enterprise Agreement is also on this webpage.
