Senior Business Analyst
As a Senior Business Analyst Human Capital Management, you will be at the heart of a significant digital ERP transformation journey within the education sector. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve engaging with stakeholders from various backgrounds to understand their unique challenges and requirements.
What you'll do:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of Human Capital Management and ERP processes, systems, and data flows to identify areas for enhancement and ensure optimal performance.
- Gather detailed business requirements from diverse stakeholder groups across multiple departments, ensuring all perspectives are considered in solution design.
- Document functional and non-functional requirements clearly through user stories, process maps, and other Agile artefacts to facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Facilitate workshops, one-on-one interviews, and group sessions to elicit information, build consensus, and foster shared understanding among stakeholders.
- Liaise with vendors and delivery teams to ensure alignment between technical specifications and business needs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the HCM Delivery Lead to confirm that system configurations meet both project goals and ongoing business-as-usual requirements.
What you bring:
To excel as a Senior Business Analyst Human Capital Management in this setting, you will bring substantial experience navigating complex enterprise environments where Human Capital Management plays a central role. Your background should include hands-on involvement in analysing intricate business processes—particularly those relating to HR systems. - Demonstrated experience as an end-to-end Business Analyst within complex enterprise environments, ideally focusing on Human Capital Management and SAP modules.
- In-depth understanding of business processes related to Human Capital Management including compliance requirements relevant to large organisations.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies such as user story creation, backlog management, sprint planning, and facilitating iterative development cycles.
- Exceptional documentation abilities with a proven track record of producing clear business process maps and functional specifications tailored for diverse audiences.
