What you'll do:
As a Change Manager, you will immerse yourself in the day-to-day orchestration of transformative projects that touch every corner of the organisation. - Support large-scale division-wide programmes as well as tactical change efforts, managing communications planning for over 15 concurrent initiatives.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to create a unified culture plan that balances risk considerations with developmental opportunities for each division.
- Guide divisions in developing actionable plans that build upon the enterprise-wide culture action strategy, ensuring consistency and measurable progress.
- Lead the development of a skills-based organisation by designing bottom-up job architecture frameworks and contributing to top-down organisational redesigns.
- Design and deliver a comprehensive culture learning framework using a variety of educational methodologies tailored for roles from executive level through to entry level.
- Champion inclusive practices throughout all change management activities, ensuring every voice is heard and respected during periods of transition.
