About the Role:
As the Facilities/Space Planning Officer, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising learning and office environments. Your expertise in space utilisation, facilities planning, and compliance frameworks will ensure that all spaces meet organisational needs and government standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply proven experience in space and facilities planning/management, particularly within learning environments.
• Demonstrate good understanding of educational institution facilities management guidelines, space utilisation principles, and government policies.
• Ensure compliance with government occupancy guidelines and framework.
• Develop processes and interpret CAD drawings
• Maintain knowledge of WHS standards relevant to educational and office spaces.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.

• Ability to combine technical expertise with excellent communication skills.
• Work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders while maintaining a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
• Background in space planning, facilities management, or architecture/drafting
