Team Administrator - Lending & Corporate Support
We have partnered with a highly regarded financial services firm seeking an Team Administrator to support a high-performing Credit & Lending team. This role goes beyond typical admin and will suit someone commercially astute with a strong understanding of lending structures, legal entities, and corporate frameworks.
The role?

Supporting the broader Credit & Lending team with administrative and documentation needs

Reviewing and preparing documentation related to company structures, loan transactions, and legal entities
-
Conducting Equifax checks and corporate structure reviews (ASIC/ABN/ACN data, director and shareholder summaries)
-
Coordinating with external legal counsel, internal credit, and finance teams
-
Managing contract execution processes, document collation, and system updates
-
Supporting compliance and records management in line with financial product regulations
What are we looking for?
-
Solid understanding of lending structures and corporate entities
-
Familiarity with Equifax, ASIC registers, and interpreting company extracts
-
Knowledge of roles such as Directors, Company Secretary, and how shareholding works
-
Prior experience working with financial products, legal documents or corporate governance
-
High attention to detail and strong documentation/administrative skills
-
A proactive, team-first attitude
About you?

3–5 years’ experience in banking, insurance, or financial services administration roles
-
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage a range of internal and external stakeholders

High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a drive to improve processes

Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
