PA & Office Experience Coordinator
We’re working with a leading global firm in the professional services sector to recruit a Principal Assistant & Office Experience Coordinator for their newly established Brisbane office. This is a unique opportunity to step into a dual-role position that combines high-level executive support with office coordination responsibilities - perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
About the Role
In this multifaceted role, you’ll provide executive support to 2–3 senior leaders while also managing the day-to-day operations of a brand-new office. You’ll be the go-to person for everything from diary and travel management to front-of-house coordination and internal events.
Key responsibilities include:
Executive Support (80%)
- Managing complex calendars and travel across time zones
- Coordinating meetings, agendas, and materials
- Handling expenses, timesheets, and admin tasks
- Acting as liaison between senior leaders, clients, and internal teams
Office Experience (20%)
- Overseeing reception and visitor management
- Maintaining shared spaces and pantry supplies
- Coordinating meeting rooms, AV, and catering
- Supporting internal events and engagement initiatives
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years experience in executive support and/or office coordination
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and a proactive mindset
- Confidence working independently in a growing office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
