You will be joining a leading Australian healthcare organisation as an Assistant Company Secretary within an established Corporate Governance team based in Sydney with excellent flexibility, work life balance and development.

About the Company
The company is a leading national healthcare company with a strong focus on teamwork, development and culture.

About the Role
Responsibilities include:

  • Provide a comprehensive range of Company Secretary services and high-quality relationship management with clients;
  • Ensure compliance with statutory obligations under relevant laws and regulations;
  • Manage and develop compliance frameworks, strategies, standards, policies, and systems; and
  • Assist the Chair and Directors in the conduct of meetings and provide advice and guidance, in relation to broader governance requirements including duties under the Corporations Act (Cth) 2001, ASX Listing Rules and best practice Corporate Governance principles.


About You
You have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant company secretarial experience
  • Holding or undertaking qualifications from the esteemed Governance Institute of Australia
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
