You will be joining a leading national financial services company as Corporate Governance Advisor within an established and high-performing legal and corporate governance team based in Sydney.

About the Company

The company are a leading financial services company with a strong national presence and established governance team.

About the Role

Responsibilities include:

  • Support the preparation and distribution of agendas, papers, and meeting materials across Board and Committee forums

  • Accurately draft minutes, track follow-ups, and support the implementation of decisions

  • Maintain governance documentation, registers, and policies, including conflicts of interest

  • Assist with external reporting obligations, Board effectiveness reviews, and regulatory compliance

  • Build strong internal relationships across legal, risk, and executive teams

  • Contribute to the development of templates, tools, and training on Board processes

About You

You have:

  • Experience in a Board Secretariat, Company Secretariat, or Governance support role

  • Confidence engaging with senior executives and maintaining confidentiality

  • Strong written communication skills and precision in documentation

  • A proactive, responsive, and service-focused mindset

  • The ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
