Digital Technical Lead - Website, Sitecore

What you'll do:
- Drive the technology platform strategy and roadmap for the global website platform, ensuring alignment with both business needs and digital marketing strategies.
- Stakeholder management and collaboration across marketers, developers, designers, vendors
- Work in an agile environment where you prioritise and manage DevOps boards to address both marketing-driven enhancements and technical requests through structured sprint cycles.
- Lead key activities such as system upgrades, patching schedules, disaster recovery testing routines, vulnerability assessments, and remediation efforts to maintain high standards of reliability.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in support models while maintaining effective incident response protocols for critical platforms.
- Provide technical expertise on large-scale infrastructure change projects and assist in reviewing new platform architecture solutions to meet emerging business challenges.
- Serve as the primary internal contact for all technical issues or escalations related to the web platform across global marketing and IT teams.
What you bring:
- Demonstrated experience developing technology strategies for large-scale web platforms in complex organisational environments
- Deep understanding of Sitecore architecture, including CMS and digital marketing capabilities
- Proficient in .NET, C#, SQL, Node.JS, CI/CD, Azure, DevOps
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate commercial needs into practical solutions
- Proven track record in managing system performance, including upgrades, patching, disaster recovery, vulnerability response, and compliance audits
- Effective collaborator across cross-functional teams—developers, designers, marketers, vendors, and senior leadership
- Security-focused, with experience conducting disaster recovery exercises and penetration testing with timely remediation
- Supportive team member who fosters an inclusive environment and provides training and guidance to colleagues
