What you'll do:

• Drive the technology platform strategy and roadmap for the global website platform, ensuring alignment with both business needs and digital marketing strategies.
• Stakeholder management and collaboration across marketers, developers, designers, vendors
• Work in an agile environment where you prioritise and manage DevOps boards to address both marketing-driven enhancements and technical requests through structured sprint cycles.
• Lead key activities such as system upgrades, patching schedules, disaster recovery testing routines, vulnerability assessments, and remediation efforts to maintain high standards of reliability.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in support models while maintaining effective incident response protocols for critical platforms.
• Provide technical expertise on large-scale infrastructure change projects and assist in reviewing new platform architecture solutions to meet emerging business challenges.
• Serve as the primary internal contact for all technical issues or escalations related to the web platform across global marketing and IT teams.
