CX Content Designer

This position located in Newcastle will be focused on redesigning the current Web CMS into new customer knowledge base to align with the organisation’s CX strategy. Seeking a user-focused Content Designer to transform their current web content and platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Audit and Analysis
• Redesigning Information Architecture into a new customer knowledge base
• Collaborate wit Digital Marketing team for content design
• Review current content and advise of an uplifted site
• Creating standard templates and guidelines

Essential Requirements:

• Expertise in content design, and Digital Content Strategy
• Large enterprise CMS experience
• Kentico, Sitecore or Umbraco experience is a huge advantage
• Willingness to Travel to Newcastle on a needs basis
