• Act as the primary liaison for all internal and external stakeholders including contractors, clients, regulatory bodies, and cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors by overseeing performance against contractual obligations and ensuring timely delivery of agreed outcomes.
• Track project progress meticulously by maintaining up-to-date plans, sprint boards, timelines, resource allocations, and system health metrics using tools such as ASANA and Microsoft Project.
