Desktop Support Analyst

Your key responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite Level 1–2 support for end user devices across multiple locations

  • Assist VIPs and executives with professionalism and efficiency

  • Deploy devices using Intune, MECM or similar tools

  • Support desktops, mobiles, O365, networking, AV equipment and more

  • Troubleshoot technical issues, escalating when necessary

  • Maintain accurate asset records and ensure compliance with asset procedures

  • Log all activities in ServiceNow in line with ITIL processes

  • Contribute to process improvements and promote self-service initiatives

What you’ll bring:

  • 2+ years in a hands-on IT support role

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage all levels of staff

  • Experience with Windows OS, O365, AD, networking fundamentals and device management platforms

  • Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow

  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn

  • Relevant qualifications or certifications (ITIL V4, MCP)
