Technical Lead - Rust

What you'll do:

• Develop and design innovative solutions that address complex challenges in digital identity verification.
• Collaborate closely with the architects and fellow engineers to design and develop robust web and API-based applications using Rust.
• Lead greenfield development initiatives focused on front-end applications written in Rust
• Champion event-based architectures leveraging AWS serverless technologies such as API Gateway, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
• Contribute to machine learning problem-solving efforts by integrating advanced algorithms into core products.
• Ensure clear communication across remote teams by producing strong documentation and fostering effective collaboration.

What you bring:

• Software engineering experience working with Rust to create web and API based applications
• Proven track record of building non-trivial Rust projects with a preference for web-related implementations.
• Experience working with Javascript/Typescript and AWS Serverless technologies
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills enabling effective collaboration within remote teams.
• Background in solving machine learning problems through practical application of algorithms
• Extensive exposure to building high-scale concurrent systems with proven ability to measure throughput under demanding conditions.
