Opportunity for a Software Engineering Manager to join a leading payments organisation based in Sydney. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their core connex payments platform technology.

What you'll do:

• Oversee the management and integration of the core payments switching application
• Lead a technical team including developers, testers and support specialists
• Support the implementation of new technologies or enhancements that drive efficiency and innovation in payment processing.
• Maintain development and QA roadmap strategies
• Ensure compliance with industry standards
• Support team growth and performance

What you bring:

• Engineering leadership experience within payment systems
• Software Development background
• Familiarity with modern development practices
