My client seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of a busy professional services environment.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role is responsible for coordinating office administration, facilities management, staff support, compliance activities, reporting, and operational projects. Acting as a central point of contact across the business, you will work closely with leadership and staff to ensure efficient and effective business operations.
Key Responsibilities

Manage office administration, systems, and operational processes

Monitor and maintain KPI reporting, timesheets, and business performance data

Provide executive support to senior leadership

Coordinate staff onboarding, professional memberships, and employee initiatives

Assist with HR administration, policies, and recruitment-related activities

Oversee office facilities, maintenance, workplace health and safety, and supplier relationships

Coordinate IT requirements and liaise with external service providers

Manage travel arrangements, training coordination, and internal events

Support governance, compliance, and audit-related activities

Assist with business improvement projects and operational initiatives
About You
-
Previous experience in an Office Manager, Operations Coordinator, Practice Manager, or similar role

Experience within a professional services environment highly regarded

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office and business systems

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional discretion
