Finance Manager – Corporate & Projects - Perth

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Finance Manager to join a dynamic international mining and projects business based in Perth.

This broad corporate finance role offers exposure to international operations, capital projects, business partnering, financial reporting, governance, and process improvement initiatives.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role supporting financial operations across the corporate business while partnering with projects and operational stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.

This is not a traditional site-based mining finance role. Instead, it is suited to a technically strong and hands-on finance professional looking to broaden their exposure within a fast-moving and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Partner with operational and corporate stakeholders
• Support statutory reporting, audits, and compliance
• Assist with capital project reporting and governance
• Drive process improvement initiatives across finance
• Lead and mentor a small high-performing finance team

About You

• CA / CPA qualified
• Strong financial accounting and reporting experience
• Background within mining, resources, construction, engineering, or project environments preferred
• Exposure to capital projects or multinational organisations advantageous
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Hands-on, adaptable, and commercially minded
