FP&A Reporting Analyst

About the Role

Reporting to a senior finance lead, you will act as a trusted business partner to multiple divisions, providing insightful financial analysis, reporting, and advice to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.

You will also play a key role in maintaining and enhancing financial models and dashboards, working with OLAP tools and Power BI to translate financial data into meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality financial analysis, reporting, and dashboards to support executive and operational decision‑making
• Maintain and enhance financial modelling tools (including OLAP‑based systems)
• Develop and improve Power BI dashboards and performance reports
• Partner with business units to manage budgets, monthly forecasts, and financial performance
• Provide clear commentary linking financial results to business strategy
• Support statutory and policy‑compliant reporting requirements
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
• Manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

About You

• CPA, CA, or equivalent tertiary qualification
• Strong experience in financial modelling and complex analytical environments (OLAP experience highly regarded)
• Proven background in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Confident communicator able to explain financial concepts to non‑finance stakeholders
• Comfortable working with senior leaders in a large, multifaceted organisation
