This is a commercially focused position supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting and business partnering across a large-scale national property portfolio. About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Management Accountant / FP&A Analyst to join a leading ASX-listed organisation with a national property portfolio valued at over $4 billion.

Reporting to senior finance leadership, this role plays a key part in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and business partnering, supporting strategic decision-making across the organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a CPA/CA qualified finance professional looking to strengthen their commercial finance capability within a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly management reports and performance analysis
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
• Variance analysis and provision of commercial insights
• Business partnering with operational and investment stakeholders
• Cashflow forecasting and capital expenditure reporting
• Support for statutory reporting, audit and tax processes
• Contribution to strategic projects and process improvement initiatives
• Support ongoing reporting automation and efficiency improvements

About You

• CA or CPA qualified (or near completion)
• Experience in Management Accounting, FP&A or Finance Business Partnering
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting capability
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach

Property or real estate exposure is advantageous but not essential.
