Financial Systems Accountant

They’re seeking a Finance Systems Accountant to take ownership of their TechnologyOne environment, driving system optimisation, financial reporting, and continuous improvement across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the administration, support, and optimisation of TechnologyOne
• Support month end and year end processes through effective system management
• Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and reconciliations
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, and testing
• Manage data integrity and system integrations across finance and operations
• Partner closely with Finance, IT, and operational teams
• Assist with audit, compliance, and system documentation

About You

• Proven experience in a Systems Accountant or Finance Systems role
• Strong hands on TechnologyOne experience (essential)
• Solid understanding of financial accounting processes (GL, month-end, reporting)
• Advanced Excel and reporting tool capabilities
• Experience in process improvement, automation, or system enhancements
• Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
• CPA/CA qualification (or working towards) preferred
