As a Late Stage Arrears Officer, you will be responsible for managing lending portfolios that are in late stage arrears to litigation stage with their mortgages. Your role involves coordinating arrangements, communicating directly with third-party authorities, solicitors, and legal representatives and playing a pivotal role in negotiating mutually beneficial resolutions to reduce negative impacts on the borrower and organisation.

Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Performance Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in evaluating and analysing the performance of various investment strategies, providing valuable insights that enhance decision-making and improve client outcomes. The successful candidate will have the chance to collaborate with portfolio managers and investment teams, understand investment objectives, and contribute significantly to the development of performance measurement methodologies and tools.

They are open to candidates coming from fund operations, middle office, corporate actions and unit pricing who are keen to progress into a performance role.

The team caters to the Australian Intermediary market, which includes research houses, platforms, consultants, private banks, dealer groups, and financial advisers. They offer a range of unlisted and listed products encompassing index, smart beta, and active strategies.

The officer is responsible unit registry specifically dedicated to unlisted or private investments within an organization. Unlisted investments refer to assets that are not publicly traded on stock exchanges, such as private equity, venture capital, real estate, or other alternative investments.

Multiple opportunities available for those who are passionate about Customer Service, have a genuine interest to assist people and are serious about starting their career in banking. You will be required to assist customers through various tools and negotiations to find solutions in order to bring their loan, credit card or transaction account into balance. This 9 Month contract is an exciting opportunity, with a May start date.
